Sometimes we forget that we are part of the Earth, and the Earth is part of us

Impermanence

 Everything will pass, I remind myself, and the sooner I accept that, the easier it will be 


Healing Emotional Wounds

It's not as though the past never happened; learning to be at peace involves making a choice to acknowledge the past and then let it go


Simplicity

We don't need to complicate our days but can enjoy the moment
