Without clinging we are suddenly afforded the ability to let things pass by, and to know that we are where we are supposed to be in just this moment

On How to Become Present

Let's say we have a headache that came out of nowhere, but this time instead of reaching for pain killers, we allow the headache to take its' course.  We may find that the initial pain was from something entirely different, perhaps from something in the moment that soon passes by, along with the headache!

On Fears

Bad dreams and shadowy corners can make us fear the worst, but remember that our fears are based on something that hasn't even happened yet.  Allowing our fears to flow through us as we breathe helps us to remain in the present.

On Maturity and Forgiveness

In time even the worst behavior by those we have loved can be forgiven and let go of, when we are finally ready to let go of the past and live in the present
